We may obtain basic information about purchases made through the third-party applications stores and platforms (for example, Roku, Amazon, Apple, or Google), the processing of such payments, refunds, accuracy, and related matters are governed by the policies of such third-party. 6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives) then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In accordance with the Terms of Use, you may not use the Services if you are under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. PlaycentGames does not use the users email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without the user’s consent except as part of a program or feature for which the user may exercise an option to not receive such messages. PlaycentGames may, however, use the users email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes. PlaycentGames may use both personally identifiable information and certain non-personally- identifiable information to improve the quality and design of the Services and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send. You will then be removed from the marketing lists.
